Purpose of the Job :
- Responsible for holistic analysis and recommendation of optimum commercial solutions by detailed commercial analysis of the bids, carrying out Risk assessment & contract negotiations to ensure terms that protect organization interest, ensuring competitive positioning and profitability of bids for global data business.
Deliverables :
Expected Key Results/Activities :
Evaluation of opportunities & pricing strategy for bids :
- Analysis of the opportunities, associated margins, cash flows/T&Cs to build multiple sensitivities on various variables for data bids
- Providing Price sensitivity analysis and creation of alternative pricing models based on best cost optimization and offer options.
- Building Pricing benchmark/Intelligence to support decision making by Trend analysis and incorporation of learnings from previous deals
Statutory Compliance :
- Review of multiple variables of a deal like vendor, customer, airtel location from perspective of contracting/delivery of services, legal & regulatory & commercial aspects, to ensure compliance from perspective of taxation, PE concerns, TP, ALP, law of the land etc.
Risk Analysis & mitigation :
- Bring in the potential risks of the deal associated with commercial / legal, regulator, taxation, billing, payment, project implementation & associated penalty terms and propose various risk mitigation option.
- Building consensus for risk mitigation on potential risks by understanding of cross-border/ multiple countries regulations, trade practices.
Contract Negotiation :
- Discussions with customers/sales on deviation on various terms of the agreement, as required on case to case basis.
- Assessment of expected probability of risk & reward of terms and facilitating the decision making accordingly.

Educational Level : Bachelor Degree of Commerce,
- PGDBM, MBA(Finance) from premiere B schools
Working Experience : At least 5-7 years of work experience in Telco B2B finance/business or related industry.
