Purpose of the Job
- To advise and assist our Territory Sales Managers and other relevant stakeholders in jointly developing and implementing sales and marketing related plans and campaigns.
- To conceptualize, develop and implement collaborative initiatives, regional products/services and or platforms in order to significantly enhance the business performance.
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)
- Building channel productivity
- Managing customer relationships to minimize churn across customers in different product segments
- Increasing net additions for DTH Business
- Increasing customer acquisition, tag utilization, and acquisition rental revenue
- Managing workforce to leverage opportunities
- Work closely with Service Team to drive the sales agenda
Major Challenges :
- Maintaining high revenues
- Creating opportunities for sales of all products i.e. Standard Defination, High Definition, etc
- Maintaining a good level of employee engagement
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through proper handling of customer service team, and through training of sales professionals on sensitivity to customer needs
- Managing customer relationship in the face of increasing competition
