Purpose of the Job:
1. It is a leadership role which involves handling operations for a geography comprising of 4-6 districts managed by team of Sales Managers and Territory Managers.
2. The key purpose of the role would be to deliver operational excellence in critical Go-To-Market programs, delivering results on KPIs & Channel management.
What will you do?
- Responsible for ensuring delivery on key performance indicators increasing penetration of products through various channels
- Ownership of distribution metrics and ensuring distribution hygiene
- Drive key Go-To-market programs to achieve desired objectives
- Work in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Drive engagement with partner ecosystem and critical retail counters through the team
- Leading a large field team, achieving results through them while setting them up for success
