Airtel - Assistant Manager - Warehouse & B2B Logistics

Purpose of the Job : Warehousing and Logistics of B2B and iWAN Materials, for Delhi, UPE, UPW, Bihar, UN & NESA.

Deliverables :

Warehousing :

- Warehouse Operations for Delivery management.

- Stock planning and replenishment.

- Stacking Norms implementation.

- Maintaining FIFO in warehouse

- Material Identification and Traceability - Fresh / SRN - Usable, Non Usable

- Material movement

- SRN management.

- ERP (Oracle) work flow management.

- PV execution.

- Safety norms implementation

Inventory Control & Monitoring :

Stock Review : MOQ, EOQ, On Hand Stock, On Order Stock, consumption trends, IUTs; Liquidation Plans & Actions; SRN; Aged Inventory control & Provisions reduction.

Logistics :

- Logistics Planning for Key large Order deliveries, keeping in view Tax implications.

- Transport Management

- Packaging (as per Packing standards)

- Movement and Delivery tracking.

- Transportation TAT management

- MIS

Major Challenges :

Pan India Material movement : B2B Orders come with Pan India deliveries and hence material has to move into deep locations across India. This would pose operational challenges in terms of Way Bills and material movements.

- Coordination with multiple Stake holders - The role requires coordination with Business team, Circle Logistics teams, suppliers and Warehouses.

- The role will contribute to Logistics Cost efficiency for Pre-sales.

Key competencies :

- Sound Understanding of Warehousing Operations.

- Collaboration with cross functional stake holders.

- In depth understanding of Logistics within India, Transportation, Way Bill Management, tax structures & its implications.

- Customer focus - Drive to meet customer expectations.

- Basic understanding of Telecom equipment.

Educational Level :

Graduate (Preferably BE / B Tech) :

Working Experience : 3-6 years
