Profile:

The Manager is responsible for all aspects of Airtel's brand initiatives across online platforms: Creating, executing and controlling integrated social media initiatives, linking paid media to Airtel's owned and earned channels to increase effectiveness and strengthen earned and own social media. Key priority is driving consumer engagement by activating ideas / concepts through excellent, innovative engaging social media content and interaction ideas.

Content Creation & Management:

- Ensures that Airtel's social media channels have the most engaging and up to date content that represents what's happening on the brand and its offerings and directs users to consume content on the vertical channels and on the mini sites developed under the umbrella of Airtel.in.

- Defines, in accordance with the Brand & Digital Manager, the content line-up of the channels: content strategy, content and formats, content plan

- Creates the planned content in accordance to general social media strategy and ensures the content is engaging, relevant and authentic.

- Defines content requirements: multimedia content to produce internally and /or by external producers with assigned budget and resources.

- Manages the day-to-day content schedule on social media.

Campaign Management:

- Channel Marketing: executes, in strict coordination with Digital Manager, all marketing initiatives including social media campaigns, collaboration with other brands and social media influencers.

Digital Influencer Management:

- Closely works together with social media influencers, improves relations and involve them to Airtel's social media activations and communication

Conversation Management:

- Closely monitors conversations about Airtel, new trends and hot topics and takes rapid action to capitalize on them on social media.

- Closely monitors all conversations and messages about/to Airtel on social media and creates appropriate responses to turn fans into evangelists.

- Ensures that social media conversations with consumers are in line with related guidelines, timely, frequent and smart.

- Constantly analyses social media performance, generates periodical reports, and proposes actions based on data...

Salary Range: 10-15 LPA
