PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To handle the end-to-end mobility needs of individual-owned accounts for the vertical in the region to ensure achievement of the sales targets, by selling voice solutions.
DELIVERABLES :
The role reports directly into the TL Voice. The role does not have any direct reports. However, third party channel partners show dotted line reporting into the role.
The role entails working closely with the corporate sales team as well other regional sales, BSG and delivery team.
- Managing the large number of individual customers and effectively resolving the large number of resulting customer transactions.
- Managing difficult customers competently while ensuring no customer churns.
- Handling each customer transaction from end-to-end and ensuring customer delight, despite drastic increase in number of transactions.
- Ensuring provision of high-quality service through third-party channel partners.
