We have one Requirement of Talent Management and Development Role in Bharti Airtel (Kolkatta Location).

Role:Assistant Manager

Profile:

- This profile is responsible for owning up the Talent Management for the circle and be the spoc for all T&D initiatives. This includes need identification, formulation of development action plans and smoothly run the training initiatives.

- Also includes working on the new ways of learning, usage of new technology for driving T&D initiatives.

- Formulation of individual Development Action Plan (DAPs).

- Partnering with Vendors to work out training calendar.

- Arranging Training Review Sessions.

- Follow-up on Action Plans for training Effectiveness.

MBA from a Reputed University.(Only Tier 1)
