Purpose of the Job (Brief)  Enabling business by building a one-to-one relationship with the customers based on an understanding of customers, business environment. The role involves going beyond brand building for AB products/ services and adding value to AB business by creating a personal, holistic and integrated service experience for the customer.  Deliverables:  1. Implementation the CSM ( Client Service Management) Organisation & SAM Strategy for the AB with the Customers.  2. Develop & Nurture Relationships with key people within the Client Organization  3. Drive relationships with key internal stakeholders such as fault management team and NW / field teams in various regions.  4. Indepth knowledge of client Network, usage & applications  5. Identify and Deploy Measures to Improve Service Levels  6. Implementation of Network Performance Measures & Undertake Periodic Reviews of Customer network Performance   7. Create Service Improvement plans Proactively  8. Periodic reviews at CXO level in client organization  9. Identify opportunities to shore up recurring revenue opportunities  10. Churn management   11. Cross Sell and Up-sell services through proactive NW utilization monitoring.  Educational Level   Must have Engineering degree with MBA ( Desirable) or Diploma / Degree in Engineering ( Essential)   Working Experience  Must have experience in handling Technical operations and Customer Facing experience.
