The Opportunity:
- Airblack, a leading EdTech platform, seeks a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Growth team.
- In this critical role, you'll play a key part in fueling our ambitious growth plans by developing and executing high-performing advertising campaigns across digital channels.
What You'll Do:
- Campaign Strategist & Optimizer: Develop, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns for the Airblack sales team on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Analyze data daily to adjust bids and strategies for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost-per-acquisition (CAC) reduction.
- Data & Analytics Mastermind: Leverage your analytical skills to contribute to the growth function's data muscle through in-depth analyses.
- You'll also set up tech instrumentation to support scaling operations.
- Creative Collaborator: Partner with creative teams to ideate and produce compelling ad copy, video and static ad assets, user communications, and landing pages to capture user attention and drive conversions.
- Experimentation Champion: Drive continuous user insights and implement innovative strategies for new initiatives and scaling existing campaigns.
- Utilize A/B testing to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Partner: Work seamlessly with diverse teams (Design, Brand, Tech, Product, Inside Sales) to achieve shared revenue and profitability goals.
- Performance Owner: Take ownership of key metrics like ROAS, CAC, lead conversion rate, and revenue, ensuring data-driven decision making.
Who You Are:
- Proven Performer: 1+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, ideally within a high-growth EdTech startup.
- Campaign Guru: Possess a strong understanding of various ad campaign types, including custom and lookalike audiences.
- Analytical Edge: Excel at data analysis and utilize insights to inform campaign optimization and strategic decision-making.
- Bonus points for SQL proficiency!
- Creative Spark: Combine data-driven insights with creative thinking to develop effective marketing materials.
- Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative environment and effectively communicate with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
- Execution Expert: Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, efficiently planning and executing tasks from initiation to completion
