What would you be doing?
Performance Marketing:
- Develop, execute and manage lead acquisition for the Airblack inside-sales team by efficiently planning, executing and scaling up performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google and other digital media platforms
Campaign Optimization:
- Perform daily account management, check campaign performance, and adjust bids to enhance campaign efficiency. Optimize performance across ad channels by testing and tuning ads, keywords, and bid strategies
Analytics & Instrumentation:
- Contribute to the analytics muscle of the Growth function with in-depth data analyses and set-up tech instrumentation to scale operations
Experimentation & User Insights:
- Deliver continuous user insights, solutions discovery and experimentations across both 0-to-1 and scale-up revenue initiatives
Go-To-Market Operations:
- Executes end-to-end operations on GTM, leads CRM and revenue optimization initiatives
Creative Strategy:
- Be a creative powerhouse in acquisition advertising by ideating and producing best-in-class video and static ad properties, user communications and landing pages
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work with the Growth, Design, Brand, Tech, Product and Inside-sales functions to advance cross-function revenue and profitability goals
Key Ownership:
- Own key metrics like ROAS, CAC, Lead Conversion % and Revenue.
What makes you a suitable candidate?
We would love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:
- 1-4 years of experience in digital performance marketing with a high-growth startup in a D2C/ consumer brands
- Have ideated, analysed and run various types of creative campaigns
- Understanding of custom audiences and lookalike audiences
Education:
- A bachelor's/PG degree in any discipline is required from a tier 1 college
- You have managed upwards of 10 Lakhs in ad spending a month
- You are a marketing geek and can come up with creative ideas at scale
- You are thoroughly data-driven in decision-making; with good Excel skills. Experience in SQL is a bonus!
- You have experience in working with creative and engineering teams to drive outcomes
- You have a knack for driving 0-to-1 rapid experimentation initiatives and 1-100 standardized operational initiatives
