What You'll Do:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals.

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and qualify potential clients.

- Proactively build relationships with key decision-makers at targeted companies.

- Develop compelling value propositions that highlight the benefits of our solutions for client needs.

- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

- Manage and expand existing client relationships, driving repeat business and growth.

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor landscape.

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your efforts.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to ensure a seamless onboarding and support experience for new clients.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or a related sales role.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and negotiation techniques.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and overcome sales challenges.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

- A self-motivated and results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
