What You'll Do:

- Program Management: Work closely with the founders and key leadership to manage cross-functional projects, ensuring successful execution and driving business and P&L growth.

- Scaling Execution Playbooks: Develop and implement strategies, metrics, and processes to facilitate exponential business growth (10x).

- Strategic Research: Partner directly with the founders on core company strategy by conducting market research, identifying new opportunities, and providing data-driven insights.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

- 2-5 years of experience as a consultant with a top-tier firm or as an operator at a fast-growing startup.

- Bachelor's/masters from a Tier 1 college.

- A strong passion for the startup and tech ecosystem.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
