Airblack - Founder's Office Role

- Working closely with the founders, you'll have close access to all the projects and initiatives at Airblack.

- From 0-to-1 marketing initiatives to building high-impact skilling products, you will experience all aspects of building and scaling a business.

- This is a 2-year pre-MBA programme and is designed to train and give you intensive exposure of team building & management, project management, market research, and product building.

What would you be doing?

- Own 0-to-1 Initiatives: Be a program leader and build new 0-to-1 initiatives and experiments across marketing, product and operations

- Program Management: Work closely with the founders and key leadership to manage cross-team projects and drive business and P&L growth

- Scaling Execution Playbooks: Be the strategic contributor to our most critical scaling initiatives and develop processes, metrics, and products to drive scale 10X.

- Strategic research: Work directly with the founders on core company strategy and deliver market research and opportunity scoping.

What makes you a suitable candidate?

We would love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:

- 1-3 years of experience as a consultant with a top-tier firm or a startup operator at a fast-growing early-stage startup.

- Ex-founders are welcome to apply

Education: Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 college

- You're passionate about the startups and tech ecosystem

- You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- You have strong interpersonal & communication skills

- You have strong team skills and the ability to collaborate with senior management

- You're adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
