Responsibilities:

Market Research & Opportunity Identification:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, unmet consumer needs, and potential disruptive opportunities within the beauty commerce space.

- Develop a deep understanding of the beauty consumer journey, purchasing habits, and evolving preferences.

- Analyze market data, competitor landscape, and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Concept Development & Validation:

- Brainstorm and develop innovative concepts for new beauty commerce ventures, products, or services.

- Conduct customer discovery interviews and gather user feedback to validate your ideas and ensure market fit.

- Refine your concepts based on market research and user feedback, crafting compelling business plans and go-to-market strategies.

Collaboration & Execution:

- Work closely with the leadership team, mentors, and internal stakeholders to secure buy-in, resources, and support for your ventures.

- Build a network of industry experts, advisors, and potential partners to accelerate your venture's growth.

- Develop a clear roadmap for launching and scaling your chosen venture, including marketing plans, financial projections, and operational strategies.

Ideal Candidate:

- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a proven track record of success in a relevant role (e. g. , brand management, product development, marketing, sales) (adjust experience based on your company's needs).

- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and a desire to build something new.

- Proven ability to identify and validate business opportunities, conducting thorough market research and customer discovery.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.

- Demonstrated leadership potential and a collaborative work style.

- Deep understanding of the beauty consumer and the evolving landscape of beauty commerce.
