In this pivotal phase, we seek a dynamic Growth Manager to fortify our team. This role is not just a job-it's a mission, where you'll spearhead the entire spectrum of creative strategy, lead acquisition, digital advertising, and go-to-market strategies.

What would you be doing ?

- Creative Strategy: Be a creative powerhouse in acquisition advertising by ideating and producing best-in-class video and static ad properties, user communications and landing pages

- Performance Marketing: Drive lead acquisition for the Airblack inside-sales team by efficiently planning, executing and scaling up performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google and other digital media platforms

- Analytics & Instrumentation: Contribute to the analytics muscle of the Growth function with in-depth data analyses and set-up tech instrumentation to scale operations

- Experimentation & User Insights: Deliver continuous user insights, solutions discovery and experimentations across both 0-to-1 and scale-up revenue initiatives

- Go-To-Market Operations: Execute end-to-end operations on GTM, leads CRM, and revenue optimization initiatives.

- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with the Growth, Design, Brand, Tech, Product, and Inside-sales functions to advance cross-function revenue and profitability goals.

- Key Ownership: Own key metrics like ROAS, CAC, Lead Conversion %, and Revenue

What makes you a suitable candidate?

We would love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:

Experience: 4+ years in digital performance marketing with a high-growth startup preferably in the education / ed-tech space

Education: A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required from a tier 1 college

- You have managed upwards of 50 Lakhs in ad spending

- You are a marketing geek and can come up with creative ideas at scale

- You are thoroughly data-driven in decision-making; with good Excel skills. Experience in SQL is a bonus!

- You have a proven track record of taking high ownership and willingness to execute hands-on when needed

- You have a knack for driving 0-to-1 rapid experimentation initiatives and 1-100 standardised operational initiatives
