Airblack - Business Development Role

The Opportunity:

Airblack is seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a key role in driving student enrollment for our innovative online courses.

You will be responsible for counseling prospective students, participating in video consultations and admission events, and ultimately exceeding revenue and enrollment targets.

What You'll Do:

- Student Acquisition: Identify and connect with potential students interested in launching their entrepreneurial journey.

- Course Counseling: Provide insightful and informative consultations to students about Airblack's course offerings and their suitability for individual goals.

- Enrollment Champion: Drive enrollments by actively engaging with students throughout the admission process - from initial inquiry to final sign-up.

- Event Participation: Represent Airblack at video consultations and admission events, effectively converting leads into registered students.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure a seamless student experience.

Who You Are:

- Proven B2C Sales Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably within the EdTech sector or related industries like Banking & Insurance, BPO etc.

- Communication Master: Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to effectively explain complex concepts to a diverse audience.

- Passionate Advocate: Strong belief in the power of education and a passion for helping individuals achieve their entrepreneurial goals.

- Growth Mindset: A results-oriented individual with a strong desire to contribute to building India's largest skilling academy.
