Airblack, India's leading online skilling platform, is seeking a talented and strategic Content & Brand Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team.

In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping Airblack's brand identity and developing winning creative campaigns across various marketing channels.

What You'll Do:

- Campaign Mastermind: Collaborate with teams across marketing to ideate, develop, and execute high-impact campaigns for both performance marketing and brand awareness initiatives.

- Creative Powerhouse: Own all aspects of creative asset delivery, from crafting compelling briefs and scripts to overseeing production, editing, and distribution across campaigns.

- Data-Driven Creativity: Analyze marketing data and audience insights to create best-in-class video and static ads that maximize campaign performance and drive results.

- Content Champion: Shape Airblack's content strategy on key platforms like YouTube and Instagram.

- This includes crafting engaging content, partnering with influencers, and building a strong brand identity.

- Influencer Expert: Identify and drive impactful influencer partnerships to leverage their reach and amplify your brand message.

- Performance Tracker: Own the measurement and analysis of all creative campaigns and marketing assets, ensuring continuous optimization based on data insights.

Who You Are:

- Strategic Marketer: Possess 2-4 years of experience as a content strategist or brand manager in agencies or D2C/consumer brands.

- Collaborative Visionary: Have a proven track record of effectively managing and collaborating with creative teams like graphic designers and video editors.

- Content Connoisseur: Stay on top of current content trends and possess a natural ability to generate innovative and out-of-the-box creative ideas.

- Data-Driven Problem Solver: Utilize data and user insights to inform creative solutions and address marketing challenges effectively.

- Relationship Builder: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners like creative agencies, production houses, and influencers.

- Hands-On Leader: Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and the willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute tasks efficiently.

- Bonus Points: Experience in building a social media following on platforms
