What You'll Do:

- Talent Acquisition Champion: Own the entire recruitment process, from attracting top talent to onboarding new hires seamlessly.

- You'll collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective strategies and ensure a smooth candidate journey.

- Employee Engagement Rockstar: Craft engaging initiatives and programs that promote inclusivity and create a world-class employee experience.

- Build strong connections with team members through personalized interactions and empathetic understanding.

- People Process Guru: Act as the first point of contact for all HR needs, ensuring smooth transitions for employees throughout their lifecycle at Airblack.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance retention and conduct regular surveys to improve employee satisfaction.

- Project & Initiatives Partner: Support the execution of various people programs like performance management, training & development.

- You'll also contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.

Who You Are:

- HR Generalist with Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a generalist HR role, talent acquisition, or people operations is required.

- Thrives in Ambiguity: You can handle uncertainty, make informed decisions, and prioritize people in every aspect of your role.

- Process Pro: Proven ability to design, implement, and manage HR processes efficiently.

- Communication Master: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas effectively and act as a bridge between employees and management.

- Independent Problem Solver: You're proactive, take initiative, and work independently to solve problems creatively and efficiently
