The Opportunity:

Airblack Studios, a division of Airblack, India's leading online skilling platform, is seeking a dynamic Brand Partnership Manager - Video Content.

In this exciting role, you will play a key part in creating and managing successful brand partnerships focused on video content production.

What You'll Do:

- Creative Visionary & Execution Master: Own the entire creative process for video content delivery, from ideation to execution.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop compelling creative strategies and lead projects from start to finish.

- Brand Partnership Champion: Conduct market research and identify potential brand partners within your assigned categories.

- Develop and implement strategies to expand and optimize brand partnerships, ensuring alignment with Airblack Studios' overall business objectives.

- Negotiation & Relationship Building: Negotiate and finalize agreements with both brands and creators, securing favorable terms and fostering mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal teams (finance, content creation, design) and external - partners (brands, creators) to ensure project success.

- Data-Driven Optimization: Track performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement, continuously optimizing brand accounts.

- Retention Strategist: Develop and implement strategies to retain satisfied brand partners, addressing feedback promptly and maintaining strong relationships.

Who You Are:

- Proven Experience: 2-4 years of experience in brand and content strategy management within fast-growing consumer brands is preferred.

- An MBA is a plus, but a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.

- Content Consumption & Creativity: Stay up-to-date on current content trends and have a knack for generating fresh, creative ideas on the fly.

- Analytical Mind: Possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decision-making.

- Relationship Builder: Have a proven track record of developing and maintaining successful relationships with creative agencies, production studios, and influencer partners.

- Communication & Collaboration: Excel in written and verbal communication, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

- Execution & Ownership: Possess a strong sense of ownership and the ability to take initiative, executing tasks efficiently and effectively
