Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate

Location: Mumbai

Job Details :

- Achieve Operational Excellence and Cost leadership through overall monitoring and ensuring accurate and timely documentation to increase team productivity.

- Execute operation processes within Area Standard and prescribed guidelines.

- Ensure compliance with the standard area operating processes

- Ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention through effective handling.

- Replies to emails and queries from overseas offices and customers to be done in a timely manner.

- Assure proper information flow with department staff on updates, changes, market trends/requirements etc

NOTES :

1. Only from freight background.

2. Should have knowledge of distribution.

3. Exposure to operational role

4. Your current CTC should be more than 10 LPA
