- The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing leasing activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

- P&L Management, Business Planning, and Operations Management skills.

- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Previous experience in retail leasing or property management in real estate industry.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
