Job Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the recruitment process for managerial, specialized, and expert positions.
- Supervise and guide a team of 6-8 recruiters through job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and new hire orientations.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent and enhance the recruitment process.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, spreadsheets, and documents.
- Ensure accurate reflection of employee records and timely reporting to management.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and assist in organizing relevant training programs for skill enhancement and professional growth.
- Lead the training team to ensure effective delivery of training initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Support the implementation of performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge in preparing Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Minimize potential risks and legal issues by maintaining compliance.
Preparation of SOP's:
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth HR operations.
Develop & Implement Policies:
- Establish and implement new policies and procedures to build a positive work environment and maintain discipline.
Employee Engagement:
- Drive initiatives to foster a positive work environment that encourages productivity, innovation, and teamwork.
Grievance Handling:
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries, policies, and procedures.
- Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances fairly and promptly.
- Assist in fostering an inclusive and positive work culture.
Rewards & Recognition:
- Develop and manage programs to recognize and reward employees, enhancing engagement and motivation.
Employee Benefits and Compensation:
- Administer employee benefits programs and manage compensation structures to attract and retain top talent.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present HR reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
Organizational Development:
- Support organizational change initiatives and develop strategies to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
