Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role in New Delhi for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter.

- The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing and assessing candidates, managing the hiring process and building candidate relationships, planning recruitment events, and evaluating recruitment trends.

- The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will also manage junior recruiters and support employee retention initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter or similar role

- Expertise in Non-IT recruitment

- Familiarity with job boards, Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed, social media, and professional networks

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong decision-making skills

- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Master's degree in relevant field is preferred
