Aimlay - Project Manager

Role Description :

- The Manager will be responsible for building relationships with clients.

- Developing strategies for client retention and providing exceptional customer service.

- Interact with other departments including to meet and deliver customer requirements, capture project deliverables and timelines.

- Set functional timelines to meet overall project timeline and manage deliverables to that schedule.

- Meetings with clients regarding the project updates, virtual and f2f.

- Responsible for handling overall operations.

- Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress.

- Handling a team of 4-5 members.

- Set KRA and KPI for team members and performance review.

- Engage with clients in professional manner to achieve customer satisfaction by ensuring escalations.

- Lead entire teams, define goals, communicate with stakeholders, and see a project through to its closure.

- Present the reports to the management.

Qualifications :

- 5-8 years relevant work experience in after sales, client relations or sales & operations

- Proficiency in spoken and written English.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge and understanding of different business cultures and customs

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, business partners, vendors

- Experience in negotiating and closing contracts

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team - Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
