Role Description - This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Aimlay, ensuring that all processes run smoothly, and departmental goals are met. The Operations Manager will also be required to lead meetings and manage a team effectively.

- Qualifications. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with a proven track record of managing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience in educational operations management is a plus. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field.
