Role Description:

- The Research and Development (R&D) Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the research and development department. This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi.

Qualifications:

- Research and Development (R&D) skills

- Team Management, Team Leadership, and Project Management skills

- Experience in supervising an R&D team in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field with minimum 5 years of experience in the industry

- Experience in education or teaching industry is a plus
