Manager - Human Resources


Educational Qualification: Preferred: Master's Degree in Human Resources from a recognized institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and secure top talent.

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate interviews, and onboarding.

HR Generalist & Operations:

- Oversee the management of HR operations, including employee records, HRIS administration, and the implementation of HR policies.

- Manage payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee benefits programs.

- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Employee Relations & Grievance Management:

- Cultivate a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.

- Handle employee grievances promptly and facilitate resolutions to maintain a harmonious workplace.

- Lead employee relations initiatives aimed at enhancing workforce morale and engagement.

Performance Management & Development:

- Design, implement, and manage performance appraisal systems (including KRA and KPI frameworks).

- Identify training needs and develop programs to support employee growth and development.

Employee Engagement & Retention:

- Develop and implement strategies to boost employee engagement and retention.

- Contribute to the formulation of HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with market trends and company policies.

- Conduct salary reviews and manage the overall compensation review process.

Statutory Compliance:

- Ensure all HR activities adhere to statutory requirements and labor laws.

- Manage statutory compliance, including EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other labor-related obligations.

Manpower Planning & Budgeting:

- Prepare and manage the HR budget in accordance with business needs.

- Collaborate with senior management to plan and forecast workforce requirements.

HR Policies & Procedures:

- Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.

- Ensure that HR policies are effectively communicated and understood throughout the organization
