Role Description. This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Business Strategies and Planning Manager.

- As a Business Strategies and Planning Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic planning activities for AIMLAY and developing long-term plans to enhance business growth. You will coordinate with various departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure that the company's objectives are aligned with market trends and customer needs.

- You will have to utilize your business acumen to monitor the development of strategies, facilitate meetings, and develop key performance indicators

- Qualifications. 5+ years of experience in business strategic, planning, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and business acumen. Experience creating and executing business plans. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders.

- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and provide insights that lead to business growth and maximize customer satisfaction. Experience in higher education or working with educational platforms is a plu
