- We are looking for an energetic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis.

- In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

- You will lead and train the sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded while contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Sales Activities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.

- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.

- Training and Development: Train and mentor the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

- Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure team members meet their sales targets and professional development goals.

- Sales Management: Oversee daily sales operations, monitor performance metrics, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth.

- Customer Service: Ensure that clients receive excellent service throughout their engagement with the company.

- Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate sales efforts and achieve company objectives.

- Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Proven experience in sales and sales management, with a focus on B2B environments.

- Demonstrated training and mentoring abilities.

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Previous experience in B2B sales is essential.

- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
