- We are looking for an energetic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
- You will lead and train the sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded while contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Customer Service: Ensure that clients receive excellent service throughout their engagement with the company.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate sales efforts and achieve company objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven experience in sales and sales management, with a focus on B2B environments.
- Demonstrated training and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in B2B sales is essential.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
