RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible to possess a comprehensive understanding of various laws, including the indian penal code (ipc), the code of criminal procedure (crpc), cyber law, labor law, IT act and IP act.
- Provide legal advice and support to the company on a day-to-day basis.
- Draft, review and negotiate various contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Scrutinizing various aspects of the issues, investigative and gather information from diverse sources.
- Identify and assess conflicts, disputes, or issues sharply that require immediate attention and resolution through on table settlements.
- Manage on-table settlements, aiming to resolve disputes and conflicts through direct discussions and meetings
- Coordinating communication and negotiations between the organization and the concerned parties to reach a resolution that aligns with regulatory guidelines and the organizations interests.
- Compiling due diligence reports that consolidate your findings, analyses and recommendations for informed decision-making.
- Establish connections with court officials, including clerks, prosecutors, and judges.
- Lead negotiations to finalize terms, agreements, and contractual details with prospective university and college partners.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all agreements adhere to organizational guidelines and legal requirements.
- Establish connections with police authorities, understanding their roles and procedures for effective collaboration when needed.
- Your crucial responsibilities is adeptly handling unpredictable situations that may arise, requiring quick thinking, flexibility, and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- LLB is a must; LLM is preferred.
- Minimum of 3- 4 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
- Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong communication written verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
- Familiarity with the legal environment
