Summary: Build data insights and inferences from customer behavior and collaborate with product, operations, and campaign teams to drive engagements and retention.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
DATA INSIGHTS BUILD:
- Conceptual knowledge of various open source tools for analytics. Strong hold on Excel
- The key responsibility of building data insights from reports for campaigns and traffic monitoring.
- Capability to identify, evaluate and establish a road map of customer behavior.
- Work with external agency partners to carry out on going enhancements required by business
COMPETITOR BENCHMARKING:
- Designing Loyalty programs that are unique and effective than the competitors
KEY METRICS:
- Business KPIs
- Execution effectiveness parameters
Required Qualifications and Experience:
EXPERIENCE:
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in analytics implementation and report building.
- Strong knowledge of loyalty, CRM and/or marketing strategy preferred
- MBA from a premier institute or tier 1 Institute
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Preferably e-commerce campaigns experience
- Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner
APTITUDE:
- Strong analytical thinking skills. Ability to creatively solve business problems, & innovating new approaches where required.
- Ability to interpret research findings for multiple audiences, extract insights and communicate effectively.
- Strong knowledge of loyalty, CRM and/or marketing strategy preferable.
