AIF Compliance Role - BFS/Financial Firm

- Compliances pertaining to Private Equity Fund raising and Issue of various convertible as well as non-convertible securities/instruments in physical as well as dematerialized form and compliances thereof under applicable Corporate Laws.

- Obtaining ISIN for both Equity & Debentures.

- Creation Pledge on securities/instruments as a security towards borrowings from Banks, Financial Institutions etc.

- Attended Private Equity Due-Diligence activities.

- Incorporation of Private Companies under Companies Act, 2013.

- Conversion of Private Limited Companies into Limited Liability Partnership.

- Rights Issue, Preferential Issue, Private Placement Offers of equity Shares, preference shares and other Securities under the relevant Acts and Regulations.

- Preparation and uploading of various E-forms under the various provisions of the Companies Act on the MCA portal.

- Ensuring yearly compliances of the company including Annual Filing, Compliance Certificates & Annual Returns.

- Increase in authorized share capital of the Companies.

- Changing Name, object of the Companies.

- Applying for Director Identification Number (DIN) & Applying for Digital Signatures.

- Preparation and printing of an Annual Report.

- Preparing & Maintaining Various Registers Required under Companies Act, 2013.

- Drafting of resolutions and preparation of documents for meeting of Board of Directors and General Meetings and updating of minutes thereof.
