- As a Growth Marketing Manager at AiSensy, you will lead data-driven marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:.

Growth Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to acquire, retain, and scale users.

- Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Product-Led Growth:

- Work closely with the product team to enhance the user journey and drive product adoption.

- Identify key activation points and optimize onboarding flows for seamless user experiences.

Marketing Automation & Tools Management:

- Utilize tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar platforms for customer lifecycle management, engagement, and retention campaigns.

- Set up and optimize campaigns for push notifications, email, in-app messaging, and SMS to maximize user engagement.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities, measure campaign performance, and optimize for ROI.

- Conduct A/B tests, funnel analysis, and user segmentation to refine marketing strategies.

User Acquisition & Scaling:

- Design and execute campaigns to acquire high-quality users via paid and organic channels.

- Scale user acquisition efforts while maintaining CAC efficiency and improving LTV.

Retention & Engagement:

- Implement and track retention strategies to improve DAU/MAU ratios and reduce churn.

- Create targeted campaigns to re-engage inactive users and maximize lifetime value.

Collaboration & Leadership:

- Lead a cross-functional team to align marketing efforts with product roadmaps and business goals.

- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support growth initiatives.

Key Qualifications:.

- Experience: 3-6 years in growth marketing, product marketing, or similar roles in SaaS, B2B, or consumer tech domains.

- Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar marketing automation platforms.

- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude for data analysis and reporting.

- User Acquisition: Proven track record in scaling users via performance marketing, content, and product-led growth strategies.

- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling campaigns and presenting data-driven insights.

- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:.

- Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.

- Knowledge of SEO/ASO strategies and organic growth tactics.

- Prior experience in managing or working closely with product teams.

- Familiarity with SQL or basic querying for data extraction.
