Responsibilities: Develop and optimise the cutting-edge AI models on top of the customer and in-house datasets based on text, numeric and image formats

- Build scalable data pipelines and data warehousing solutions that can handle millions of data points on a monthly basis Perform modeling tasks in support of prototypes and proofs-of-concept related to AI applications in the CPG industry Lead and manage the data science and data engineering teams Partner with product management and engineering teams to identify and prioritize feature development based on customer feedback Engage with customers and prospects to understand their problems and scope technical solutions

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or Mathematics/Statistics. Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, data mining, and algorithmic foundations. Proficiency in NLP and time series frameworks such as SpaCy, ELMo, BERT, Facebook PROPHET, LSTM. Proficient in GenAI techniques and tools such as OpenAI, RAG, VectorDB, similarity measures, etc.

- With over 8+ years of professional experience, including 4 years in industrial data science specializing in NLP and time series frameworks, and 2+ years in team handling. Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases. Ability to think about solutions from a customer perspective and establish conceptual connections between requirements and solutions.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in written communication, with the ability to convey data insights and results through effective visualizations.

- Nice to Have: Experience in computer vision and image generation.

- PhD in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field. 4+ years of industry experience in a production machine learning environment.

- Experience in designing, deploying, or maintaining end-to-end ML systems in production using Docker/Kubernetes is a big plus.
