Its Natural Language Processing algorithm can also understand 18 different languages including Asian languages, making it truly one of a kind. Skill Requirements :

- Growth Strategist: Your strategic mindset shines through, particularly in driving growth within SDR initiatives, specifically in construction tech or related fields. You understand how to align SDR efforts with the nuances of the construction tech market.


- Customer-Centric Innovator: As a creative problem-solver, you excel at crafting SDR strategies that resonate with customer needs, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric approach to pipeline generation.


- Data-Driven Decision Maker: You rely on data analysis to guide your decisions, using metrics to tailor SDR strategies to the unique demands of the tech industry.


- Metrics-Savvy Pro: Your expertise in metrics goes beyond standard KPIs. You possess a deep understanding of industry-specific data, enabling you to derive insights that refine SDR performance in the tech realm.


Key Responsibilities:


- Onboarding: Spend your first 30 days ramping up, focusing on establishing processes and team foundations before transitioning into leadership.


- Team Management: Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to exceed targets, fostering a collaborative and energetic team culture while providing coaching and ongoing training.


- Strategy Development: Craft and implement comprehensive SDR strategies to boost lead generation and pipeline growth, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to align efforts with business objectives.


- Process Optimization: Continuously refine SDR workflows to maximize efficiency, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring the team has the necessary tools for optimal performance.


- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to facilitate seamless handoffs and ensure a cohesive customer experience.


- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on SDR metrics, performance, and pipeline development to inform strategic decisions.


Qualifications & Fit:


- 5+ years of experience in a similar SDR management role within the software/technology industry, ideally with early-stage startups.


- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and managing successful sales development teams globally.


- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.


- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and executing effective lead generation strategies.


- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and relevant technologies.


A Typical Day Might Look Like:


Morning:


- Team Check-In: Start the day with a brief team huddle to align on priorities, discuss any challenges, and motivate the team for the day ahead.


- Metrics Review: Review key performance metrics from the previous day or week, such as call/email activity, lead generation, and pipeline development. Identify any areas for improvement or areas where additional coaching may be needed.


- Strategy Planning: Spend some time planning and strategizing for the day. This could involve refining SDR workflows, brainstorming new lead generation tactics, or optimizing outreach strategies. Check CRM for opportunities of lead engagement.


Midday:


- Coaching and Training: Conduct coaching sessions with individual team members to provide feedback on their performance, offer guidance on improving their outreach approach, and share best practices for effective prospecting. Review Chorus recordings.


- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives. Discuss any upcoming campaigns or initiatives that may impact SDR activities.


Afternoon:


- Lead Generation Activities: Dedicate time to lead generation activities, such as prospecting new leads, following up on inbound inquiries, and reaching out to prospects via phone, email, or social media.


- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize SDR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This may involve refining outreach templates, updating CRM workflows, or implementing new tools to streamline operations. Attend Review Meetings: Give leadership a view on SDR activities and performance.


Evening:


- Reporting and Analysis: Wrap up the day by generating reports on SDR metrics, performance, and pipeline development. Analyze the data to identify trends, track progress towards goals, and inform strategic decision-making. Benefits Great progression opportunities - we want you to grow with us.
