WE'RE LOOKING FOR A PRODUCT MANAGER

- We are looking for a T-shaped person who is passionate about product management. As a member of the Product Team, you will be working closely with Product head on the current product line while building new product lines. By working in close collaboration with our Data Science, Engineering, Insights, Sales and Marketing Team, you will have a chance to shape the future of Ai Palette from a product angle.

- This role is perfect for you if you are passionate about product management and innovation. You want to learn/un-learn quickly and deliver quality products using cutting-edge technology. You love to work with multiple teams and stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work closely with Product Head to build innovative solutions

- Work closely with senior management for helping in product marketing and competitor analysis

- Write detailed user stories and groom it with engg. team

- Discuss requirements with engg. team and check the technical feasibility

- Conduct enablement sessions with Customer Success and pre-sales team for new features

- Create and maintain feature documentation/release notes for internal and external usage

- Understand customers pain points and solve it by innovating product

- Assist in acceptance testing in product development life cycle

- Design and define experiments, and metrics to measure effectiveness of new features

- Work with data science team to develop deep tech solution for CPG product innovation

REQUIREMENTS:

- 4-6 years experience in Product based company, preferably as Product Analyst or Product Manager

- High-growth mindset with relevant academic and career profile

- Hands-on experience of working as a developer or have strong technical understanding in SDLC

- Comfortable in fast-paced startup environment and open for steep learning curve

- Experience of working in agile framework

- Excellent communication skills

IDEAL:

- Experience of working at Product-based startup

- Experience in writing requirements/specifications for product features

- Entrepreneurial attitude of Getting things done with collaborations

- Experience in hands-on coding and knowledge of databases and latest developments in AI and machine learning including LLM and Deep learning.
