Responsibilities:

- Manage the company's finances and ensure financial reporting, compliance, and accounting, MIS reporting etc. with respect to domestic and global compliance

- Manage the company's funding-related financial documentation, diligence, and coordination with internal and external teams.

- Structuring and owning the internal finance team at each stage of the companies growth

- Be responsible for Business and strategy planning and Global entity structuring

- Work on Cap Table management

- Work with the senior leadership teams to manage and control financial metrics efficiently within the organization.

- Ensure legal and licensing compliance with periodic scanning of business models..

- Manage Finance and accounts globally

- Management of ESOPs and issuance

- Partner, and work closely with banks / financial institutions to support business milestones.

- Provide frameworks for and streamlining of operational and legal functions across the firm.

- Treasury Management

- Revenue & Deferred Revenue recognition

Requirements:

- 3 - 6 years of experience in the Finance Controller role

- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills

- Good analytical skills and effective stakeholder management.

- Thorough knowledge of Fundraising

- Knowledge of global payroll process

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities IDEAL

- Experience with the start-up

- CA certification is essential, and a Master's degree in Finance is preferred
