AGS Health is looking for Senior executive/Team lead- Talent Acquisition. This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for Front Line Hiring's. She / He will also be responsible for stakeholder management, process improvement and compliance to approved usage of various recruitment systems and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow talent pipelines front line hiring
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: understanding the positions, write job descriptions, source and assess candidates, manage the interview process, negotiate and close salary offers
- Builds and develops relationship with hiring managers
- Prior experience in global hiring is must
- Conducts in-depth interviews, coordinates with line interviewers on schedule of candidate interviews
- Complies with agreed usage of various recruitment tools / systems e.g. Success factor
- Identifies opportunities to improve processes and tools to meet recruitment targets
- Strong communications skills, good command of English both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence among peers, associates and applicants
- Solutions-focused, able to sort through information and develop solutions quickly
Comfortable with uncertainty, ambiguity and constant change, yet able to set priorities and execute on assignments.
- Detail oriented with practical approach to problem solving.
