Location: Chennai
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies
- Understand the organization's workforce needs and create strategic plans
- Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
- Understanding entire business and proactively identify, prioritize and address hiring needs.
- Defining TA Framework and Educating hiring managers about helping them to prepare job descriptions basis Behavioral & Technical competencies.
- Managing entire TA process and plan for enabling the same on technology platform.
- Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates.
- Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies
- Ensure and improve overall candidate experience and measure effectiveness.
- Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs.
Process Improvement :
- Identify gaps in current processes and ensure implementation of robust processes for operational Excellence and 100% Audit compliance.
- Develop SOPs/Process Maps/Process Guides for the existing activities under the purview of Talent Acquisition
Stakeholder Management :
- Engage with key stakeholders of all business to understand the TA needs and
- TA performance and address issues as and when required.
- Educate stakeholders in case of inaccurate/ process non-compliance.
- Engage with BHR/CHROs for hiring progress, review and have action plans for early closure
COMPLIANCE :
- Should adhere to applicable Do's & Don'ts of implemented Information Security Management System (IEC/ISO 27001:2013) and HIPAA regulations
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND :
- MBA or MSW or MHRM
- With 15+ years of experience in Recruitment

- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Good industry networks
- Confident, amicable and ability to persuade and influence

- Effective balance between break-through creativity and compliance for company processes
- Excellent time management skills and multi-tasking ability

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS :
Competitive remuneration + annual performance based bonus + standard industry benefits. Relocation package, per company policy will apply for candidates outside the office base city.
