- Building a supply driven farm-to-market mobility supply chain through MPS(s)

- We are looking for a super cool Vice-President for operations and expansion. Someone who has a problem solving mindset, who brings out the best of himself/herself in every situation and is a great source of energy for the team.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Managing overall company operations

- Planning expansion in new states while observing ops in existing states

- Building processes on supply side

- Optimizing margins and scaling commodity volumes

- Working cross functional to automate processes

- Working on F2M ( farm-to-mandi) to F2B ( farm-to-business) transition

- Deployment of business growth strategies

- Monitoring market trends in agritech

- GTM for our farm-to-mandi market place model

- Taking major decisions on growth, margins, implementation strategies

- Building farmer payment solutions

- Inspiring people unconsciously
