We are looking for a super cool Vice-President for strategy and expansion. Someone who has a problem solving mindset, who brings out the best of himself/herself in every situation and is a great source of philosophical jokes!

Roles & responsibilities :

- Inspiring people unconsciously

- Planning expansion in new states while observing ops in existing states

- Building processes on supply side

- Optimizing margins and scaling commodity volumes

- Working cross functional to automate processes

- Working on F2M to F2B transition

- Deployment of business growth strategies

- Monitoring market trends in agritech

- Plan sale locations against procurement from each pocket

- Taking major decisions on growth, margins, implementation strategies

- Building farmer payment solutions
