AgroWave - Core Team Member - Supply Chain

Building a supply driven farm-to-business mobility supply chain!

We are looking for a core team member for a cross functional role and to manage overall supply-demand. Someone who has a problem solving mindset, who brings out the best of himself/herself in every situation and is a great source of philosophical jokes!

Major KRAs :

1. Responsible for expansion strategy of MPS(s) at farm-gates, our target is to build 25000 MPS(s) in next 10 months

2. Responsible to build a strong team of farm executives to manage the procurement through MPS(s) at farm-gates

3. Responsible to build farmer relationship in villages through farmer engagement programs and other ways

4. Building and ensuring continuously supply from existing MPS(s)

5. Presenting practical challenges to the tech team to build tech solutions

6. Scaling commodity volumes and saturating the supply from same villages

7. Building and managing Mandi team for selling the farm produce

8. Managing commodity P&L, Villages wise P&L, Mandi wise P&L and overall P&L

9. Building training processes and mechanism to train farm executives

10. Building strategy to bring behavioural change in farmers to sell their produce at farm-gates in long run

11. Working with logistics team to build mobility supply chain and optimize the unit economics

12. Staying focused towards company's visions of building supply driven mobility supply chain while growing overall GMV
