AgroWave - Core Team Member - Scaling MPS

AGROWAVE : Building supply driven farm-to-business 'mobility' supply chain

We are looking for a core team member to scale our MPS(s) in different states. Someone who has a problem solving mindset, brings out the best of himself/herself in every situation, can build good chemistry with the ground team and is a great source of philosophical jokes!

We have a large pool of esop (total 15%) for people who are looking for long term growth in agri-tech.

MPS(s): Mobile Pickup Station ( Please read more on website )

Major roles :

- Scaling MPS(s) to 25000 in next 10 months

- Identifying high margin commodities and scaling

- Building ground team to regularise supply from MPS(s)

- Building smooth functioning b/w scaling MPS(s) and regular transactions

- Organizing farmer meetings and building relationship with farmers

- Automating farmer payments through technology

- Working on price determination strategies at farm gates
