We are looking for a core team member for cross functional role and to manage overall supply-demand. Someone who has problem solving mindset, bring our best of himself/herself in every situation and great source of philosophical jokes!

We have a large pool of esop (total 15%) for people who are looking for long term growth in agri-tech

- Managing commodity P&L

- Building processes and implementing on ground

- Scaling MPS(s) and supply from different states

- Optimising margins with different strategies

- Working cross functional to automate processes

- Handling data of different departments
