AgroWave - Core Team Member - Logistics

Building a supply driven farm-to-business mobility supply chain!

We are looking for a core team member for a cross functional role and to manage overall supply-demand. Someone who has a problem solving mindset, who brings out the best of himself/herself in every situation and is a great source of philosophical jokes!

Major KRAs :

1. Responsible to build logistics for MPS(s) at farm-gates, our target is to build 25000 MPS(s) in next 10 months

2. Responsible to build a strong team to manage the local and central logistics through

3. Budgeting and optimizing of overall logistics

4. Presenting practical challenges to the tech team to build tech solutions

5. Creating best routes for MPS(s)

6. Building training processes and mechanism to train the drivers

7. Staying focused towards company's visions of building supply driven mobility supply chain

8. Managing/rating logistics vendors as per their service

Skills required :
