We are looking for an enthusiastic person who has worked on products ( preference from agritech ). Someone who has a problem solving mindset, who brings out the best of himself/herself in every situation and is a great source of philosophical jokes!

We have a large pool of ESOPs for people who are looking for long term growth in agri-tech

- Building deep understanding of our vision

- Planning & plotting of the tech product for MPS(s) end-to-end operations cycle

- Planning the price determinations & prediction model for millions of farmers MPS(s)

- Working closely with ops/logistics and tech team to layout the overall directions of tech product

- Building information flow among UX/UI , Business and tech team

- Prioritizing product features and capabilities.

- Taking overall responsibility of deployment at operational level to improve the product at different stages

- Building farmer centric product for selling the output conveniently from the farm-gates

- Getting the product delivered on time

Skills required :

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to convert operational challenge in tech solution

- Understanding of output supply chain

- Team management
