Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

The Role:

- Partnering with Revenue Functions in co-owing P&L and delivering targets.

- Reviewing and analyzing historical business trends, understanding demand drivers, preparing forecast data, developing financial models, and evaluating business outcomes.

- Preparation of Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly Budgets through close cross-functional coordination and tracking performance and continuously monitoring financial and business KPIs, highlighting trends, and analyzing causes of variance.

- Facilitating regular business review meetings: present key insights and provide recommendations for decision-making

- Handling investor relations, including responding to queries and preparing detailed financial data for fundraising activities.

- Collaborating with business unit leaders (P&L heads) to set financial targets, track performance, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet business goals.

- Conducting detailed financial analysis and modeling to support project evaluations, cost-saving initiatives, and investment decisions.

Qualifications we look for:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a Digital B2B/D2C environment.

- Proven experience in developing AOPs, budget management, and financial forecasting.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate insightful reports. Good grasp of data analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL. would be a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in presenting and explaining complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior management and board members.

- A proactive, strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
