Job Description:


- We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

- In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing both sales and marketing efforts, developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and improve customer engagement.

- You will work closely with senior management, sales teams, and marketing teams to create and implement integrated marketing and sales strategies that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue goals and expand market presence.

- Lead the sales team in generating new business opportunities, identifying target markets, and managing sales pipelines.

- Work closely with senior management to set sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, both existing and prospective, to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.

- Manage key sales accounts and customer accounts, negotiating contracts and ensuring successful long-term partnerships.

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies (digital, traditional, content) that support the sales objectives.

- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize online presence, including search engine optimization (SEO), paid media campaigns (PPC), and social media engagement.

- Manage the creation of high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers to support sales efforts.

- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs through key metrics such as ROI, engagement rates, and lead conversion rates, making data-driven adjustments.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team, ensuring the alignment of team goals with company objectives.

- Conduct regular sales and marketing meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to improve team productivity.

- Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging, brand consistency, and seamless customer experiences.

- Create and maintain a positive team culture focused on accountability, transparency, and growth.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Work with the customer success and support teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Develop and execute strategies to grow customer lifetime value and improve customer retention rates.

- Oversee customer feedback programs to understand pain points and identify opportunities for improving products or services.

Brand Development & Awareness:

- Define and strengthen the company's brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing and sales touchpoints.

- Lead efforts to increase brand visibility and awareness in the marketplace, including participation in industry events, webinars, and partnerships.

- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to build brand presence and generate leads.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and successful marketing campaigns.

- At least 2+ years in a managerial role, overseeing sales and marketing teams or leading cross functional teams.

- Experience in B2B or B2C sales depending on the company's focus (mention if specific industry experience is required, SaaS, tech, retail, etc.)

Skills & Expertise:

- Sales Expertise: Deep knowledge of sales processes, lead generation, conversion strategies, and account management.

- Digital Marketing Skills: Experience in digital marketing tools and tactics including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.

- CRM Tools: Hands-on experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management tools.

- Strong data analysis skills to measure the success of campaigns and make informed decisions.

- Proficient in marketing automation tools like Marketo, MailChimp, or ActiveCampaign.

- Knowledge of market research techniques and tools for customer segmentation and competitive analysis.

- Experience with creating marketing budgets and managing costs to ensure maximum ROI.

Leadership & Management:

- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, providing direction, support, and mentorship.

- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional projects from concept to execution.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
