What we're looking for:

- Partner with the management team to drive business direction and strategy and subsequently ensure consistent execution

- Ability to lead the sales/ business development

- Play a key role in fund raising and investor discussions

- Interest in hydroponic technology

- Prior experience in startups is a plus.

- Creative, innovative, and results-focused thinking

- Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations

- Succinct communication abilities - particularly able to present in an easy to understand fashion
