Agribolo - Assistant Vice President - Business Development

- Agribolo is a farmer engagement platform that works on 3 verticals of Bettering the Agriculture Practices, Strengthening the Extension Services and Creating the Market Linkages and through this it effectively connects the agricultural ecosystem to the farmer population onto a platform that is technologically integrated, personalized and localized, and further benefits the ecosystem through wider reach, demand and supply traceability, better market place, information symmetry and a better productivity.

- Agribolo works towards farmer sustainability and price parity and at the same time works with the Companies in brand penetration, rural distribution and farmer recall.

Job Requirement :

Assistant Vice President - We are looking for a senior level executive with at least 5 years of on field experience in business development, marketing and forward linkages with any FMCG, Commodity, Agro Services or Manufacturing Company.

- The person should have preferably worked in any agriculture or allied industry or any service industry which is aligned with Technology or Rural Distribution Network etc.

- He must be in a position to connect with the Companies for contract / sales/forward linkages, to guide the ground level team on backward integration, assist in creating an alternate market to the existing mode of trade, provide sales guidance, review performances, identify companies and products that could be explored in newer geographies and further identify locations which could be profitable for our brand to proliferate into.

- He must be in a position to absorb the business model, must be a keen learner, and should bear a management experience to drive sales on field and strategize sales/product planning.
